U-PROX Cloud moves access control out of the technical room and into the cloud. The controllers are located locally in the building, while all administration is done via a secure web portal. This provides simpler operation, fewer things that can go wrong – and full overview from anywhere.

Inspection and technical advice

Project planning
We draw the door environment and clarify the lock, reader, door contact, fire alarm and elbow switch before anything is installed.
A flawed specification is expensive to correct later — especially when fire requirements and universal design are to be met. That's why we do this job thoroughly first, and you get complete documentation of what is planned for each door.
Modernization and retrofit
Do you have a facility that is 15–20 years old, without support and difficult to expand?
We replace controllers and readers, but retain cabling and locks where possible. The result is mobile access, cards and codes — without extensive building intervention.

Installation and commissioning
We install, connect and test all doors before the system is put into operation — including fire function, night lock, elbow switch and mobile access.
All connections are labeled and documented. This means that the next person who opens the cabinet — whether it's us or someone else — will immediately see how the door is connected.
Service agreement and support
A door environment consists of many components that fail if they are not checked regularly.
With a service agreement, we check the system an agreed number of times a year, and you get quick help when something breaks. We also train your caretaker or operations manager, so you can add users yourself, block lost cards, and grant temporary access — without having to call us for every change.

Technical support for installers
Are you an electrician or installer? We provide wiring diagrams, Simple Box and technical clarification of the door environment, so you don't have to guess which wire goes where.
We have ready-made forms for U-PROX, SALTO, ARX, AXIS, iLOQ and Mercury — and produce custom interface components on request.
