For locksmiths

You know the door: the lock, the strike plate and the door furniture. With Enkel Boks and U-PROX you can also deliver access control with card readers and mobile keys – to customers you already have.

  • Wire to a ready-made diagram

    There are ready-made wiring diagrams for Enkel Boks with ARX, AXIS, iLOQ, SALTO, Mercury and U-PROX, to download as PDFs. You do not have to draw up your own wiring diagram for every door.

  • Extra-low voltage only (12/24 V)

    Enkel Boks is designed for the extra-low-voltage side (12/24 V) and contains no 230 V components. If power is already run to the door, no additional electrician is normally needed. Work on the building’s 230 V installation is done by an electrician.

  • Mobile keys without a local server

    U-PROX ACS Cloud is free and needs no local server. The customer manages access from a PC, tablet or mobile, and users can open doors with their mobile. If the internet goes down, the doors work as before, because access rights are stored locally on the controller. You can sell it together with the lock job.

  • Support from the distributor

    Teren is an authorized distributor of U-PROX in Norway. Enkel Boks and U-PROX have a 2-year warranty. You get technical support during project design and commissioning, and your fitters get 1–2 hours of training in the standard, at your premises or on video.

Test Enkel Boks on a real project

We give a limited number of companies a free test kit, in return for you installing it on a real door and telling us honestly how it went.

You get

  • 2 pcs Enkel Boks 6 Par and the wiring diagram for the system you use
  • a walk-through before the first door, at your premises or on video
  • phone support during the installation

We ask for

  • installation on a real door within 60 days
  • a short form afterwards: time spent, what was unclear, what should be changed
  • before and after photos
  • permission to use the project as a reference, by name or anonymously, your choice
  • a LinkedIn post, if you like, marked as a collaboration with Teren. It is voluntary.

We have 10 places in 2026. For businesses only, one kit per company.

Help to introduce the standard in your company

Enkel Boks is part of the job. The rest is how the company installs, labels and hands over. We help with that:

  1. Standard door types

    We go through the 3–5 doors you install most often and create one fixed wiring setup for each.

  2. Labelling and documentation

    A labelling plan and a template for operation and maintenance documentation per door.

  3. Checklists

    Before installation, during installation and at handover.

  4. Training for your fitters

    1–2 hours, at your premises or on video.

  5. Basis for estimating

    Hours per door from your own doors, for use in quotes.

  6. Specification text

    Text you can use in quotes and tenders.

As a partner you get

  • Partner prices on Enkel Boks and U-PROX. Prices are quoted on request.
  • Project registration: the registration is valid for 12 months and is renewed for as long as you lead the project.
  • Technical support during project design and commissioning.
  • Wiring diagrams for ARX, AXIS, iLOQ, SALTO, Mercury and U-PROX, and custom interface components on request.

Partner rules

A registered project belongs to the partner. Teren supplies equipment and technical support, and the partner keeps the customer relationship.

We do not contact the customer on a project you have registered.

Technical support for locksmiths and installers

Are you a locksmith, an electrician or an installer? We supply wiring diagrams, Enkel Boks and technical clarification of the door environment, so you do not have to guess which wire goes where.

We have ready-made diagrams for U-PROX, SALTO, ARX, AXIS, iLOQ and Mercury — and we produce custom interface components on request.
